CLEAR PURPOSE.

Poygan Tech uses limited information to review placements, process payments, prevent abuse, operate public historical pages, and understand aggregate performance. Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to info@poygantech.net.

What we collect

We collect submitted creative and destination URLs, your contact email, payment identifiers returned by Stripe, timestamps, a keyed hash of the submitting IP address, limited browser and security-log information, moderation decisions, and page-view or click measurements. Optional UTM source, medium, and campaign labels are retained when present. Funnel page views are deduplicated with a keyed visitor hash scoped to one UTC day; the funnel does not store a raw IP address or build a cross-day visitor profile. We also use an essential session cookie for form security, campaign continuity, and operator authentication. We do not receive or store full card numbers.

How we use it

We use the data to provide and moderate the service, communicate about a purchase, prevent fraud and reservation abuse, handle refunds or disputes, satisfy legal obligations, and measure aggregate performance. We do not sell personal information.

Processors and disclosure

Stripe processes checkout and payment information under its own privacy notice. Hosting, security, email, and analytics providers may process limited data on our behalf. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect users, rights, and the service.

Retention and public material

Transaction and moderation records are retained as needed for accounting, disputes, safety, and legal obligations. Approved creative, ruler names, prices paid, aggregate metrics, and reign timestamps may remain on public historical pages subject to the Terms. Contact email and raw payment identifiers are not public. Day-scoped funnel hashes cannot be used to connect visits across different days. Abuse-prevention hashes and technical logs may be deleted or aggregated on a shorter operational schedule.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Some records must be retained for payments, disputes, security, or law. Removing public creative may not remove independent copies or lawful transaction records. Contact info@poygantech.net.

Security and changes

We use access controls, payment-token separation, restrictive browser policies, and content re-encoding, but no internet system is risk-free. We will update this notice when our practices materially change.
